Standard shipping is fulfilled via trusted local postal services or regional carriers (such as national postal services or partners like DPD), depending on the destination country.


Express Shipping Upgrade (Paid)
We offer an optional Express Shipping Upgrade available as a separate product in our store. Customers who wish to receive their order faster can purchase this upgrade.

  • Europe: 1–3 business days
  • United States: 2–4 business days

Express shipments are handled by premium carriers such as DHL and UPS.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped with full discretion and privacy in mind.

Your items are first placed inside a non-transparent black fabric bag and then securely packaged in a padded envelope.
There is no indication of the contents on the package.

For additional privacy, the sender name does not reference our brand and is listed as a personal name.
This ensures that the nature of the package remains completely confidential.


Order Tracking
All orders, including both standard and express shipping, are shipped with tracking.
You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • European Union: No additional customs or import charges apply.
  • United States:
    Due to recent regulatory changes:
  • For standard shipping, any applicable import taxes are handled by us.
  • For express shipping, due to courier company policies, these charges cannot be prepaid by us. Customers may be required to pay a small amount of customs duties or taxes once the package arrives in the United States.
  • Other countries:
    International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.


Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Lost or Damaged Packages
All shipments include tracking and are handled through reliable carriers.

In the event of a lost package, we initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the carrier is unable to locate the package or provide proof of delivery, they issue compensation to us.

Please note that this investigation process is handled by the carrier and may take some time, as it is outside of our direct control. Once compensation is received, we will transfer the refund to the customer accordingly.
