Ordering a made-to-measure item is simple.
For each product, you’ll find a Measurement PDF on the product page. The same link is also included in the automatic email you will receive after placing your order.
You can send your measurements either before or after placing your order. Just download the PDF, follow the instructions, and email your measurements to us.
Once we receive them, we carefully check all your measurements. If some of your measurements seem incorrect or inconsistent, we’ll get back to you with guidance and ask you to double-check them.
We only begin production once we are confident that all your measurements are accurate.
For some products, minor changes are possible.
Adjustments such as dress length, adding or removing a slit, or making sleeves slightly longer or shorter are usually possible. However, this depends on the specific product.
If you have a request, feel free to contact us before or after placing your order and we’ll let you know what can be done.
If you already have a custom design in mind or have seen a design you like, you can send it to us in the form of a few images or your own sketch. We will evaluate whether the design is doable and inform you about the estimated budget required.
We try to keep all colors in stock as much as possible; however, this is not always feasible. If you would like a custom color outside of our available range, we can either order it specifically for you from Radical Rubber, or, if we are planning a bulk order in the near future, we can also add your requested color to our list.
Our products are custom-made according to the measurements provided by the customer. Therefore, any fitting issues are generally caused by incorrect measurements submitted to us.
In such cases, we will ask you to provide specific photos and measurements of the item, or to return the garment to us for inspection.
After our evaluation, if the issue is found to be due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, and if it is technically possible to fix it, we can make adjustments for an additional fee.
However, if your measurements are correct and the issue is caused by a production or pattern error on our side, we will fix it free of charge, provided that the fix is technically possible.
If a fix is not possible technically, we may offer a partial refund, a discount on your next order, or in some cases, we may remake and resend the a new product free of charge.
Since our products are made-to-measure and custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a pattern or manufacturing defect caused by us.
However, you may cancel your order within the first 24 hours without providing any reason and request a full refund.

For standard shipping, we use a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method, meaning all customs duties are prepaid. Your order will be delivered to your address with no additional fees.
For express shipping, however, any applicable U.S. customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. However, this is not as big of an issue as you might be worried about :) Please feel free to contact us for more detailed information.
We always use latex from Radical Rubber, UK and our standard thickness is 0.40 mm.
If you would like to order a product in a thinner or thicker latex, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it possible for you.
Yes, this is possible. As you can also see in the detailed description on the product page, if you would like to add any extras after purchasing your item, you can simply purchase the relevant add-on from the link in the PDF or by visiting the add-ons section on our website, and we will apply it to your previously ordered main product.
