Refund policy

Personalized Products
All products sold by LOVNBLACK LATEX DESIGN are made to the exact measurements provided by the customer. As these items are custom-made for each individual, we cannot accept returns once the production has started, except under specific circumstances outlined below.


Full Refund Window
Customers may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing an order, before production begins. After this period, refunds for standard orders are not available.


Production Defects
If a product has a manufacturing defect, customers should contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos showing the issue.

After reviewing the defect with the customer, we may offer:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Discount on a future order

This policy applies only to material defects, not to fit or sizing issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.


Sizing & Fit Issues
All items are made to the measurements provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for sizing or fit problems resulting from inaccurate or incomplete measurements. In such cases, refunds or exchanges are not offered.

In certain situations, if a customer believes there is a fit issue:

  1. We may request that the product be sent back for inspection.
  2. We will compare the provided measurements to the actual product.
  3. If an error is found on our part, the customer may receive a partial refund, full refund, or discount for a future order.

This ensures fairness while respecting the nature of personalized products.
